On this episode, I'm talking about the unattainable standards that perfectionists set for themselves and how this is approaching self-improvement from a place of "not enough" or scarcity rather than self-love.

It's possible to love something and still want to change it - you don't have to keep a drill sergeant in your brain to "whip yourself into shape".  Perfectionists tend to think if they lose their super-high standards, they'll make mistakes, fail, be judged, "let themselves go", get fat or get out of shape. 

Not so! Those are just thoughts your brain thinks and you can change those unhelpful thought patterns.  Listen to this episode to learn how.
